   It is a great help for physically challenged.

   Maruti (the premier car company in India) goes out of the way to modify the machine to enable physically challenged to drive.

   Ram: Ok … i guess they alter the controls normally reached by the legs ….

   Its a great help but the registering authority is hesitating to register it as an invalid carriage and so the problems with insurance company. Its a shame and the Govt. have to do something

   Ram: Hmmm … yes we need to check how someone De-registers or Registers as an Invalid Carriage.
