Billboard or Water Tank?

… its an idea to search for a clue or locate where the water tank is or is it part of a Treasure Hunt for water?

I guess we’d stick a poster of a movie if a man stands in one location for more than few minutes. We probably need just a static place to stick our favourite movie stars posters.
